Cancellation

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed must be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Tresses Bastet LLC reserves the right to cancel your order or refuse payment if information is deemed fradulent.

Refund & Exchange

There are no refunds on extensions all sales are FINAL. Customer may exchange order if incorrect within 48 hours of delivery in orginal packaging and condition.

Payment Process & Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped between 2-5 business days after payment has been processed. International orders may take up to 10 businness days. During huge sales orders may be subject to 10 business days for shipping. Holidays shipment is suspended until next business day. Tresses Bastet LLC is not responsible for shipment delays due to natural disaster, holidays, carrier delays or inclement weather.

All orders over $100 payment method must have the same billing and shipping address to prevent process delays. We recommend using PayPal to prevent delay of shipment for different billing and shipping addresses. All prices on tressesbastet.com include product and shipping. Tresses Bastet LLC is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or custom fees for international orders.
